Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to power your subscriptions: account information, product telemetry, and voluntary feedback.

AutoCod recordings are encrypted and scoped to the workspace that created them. We never access content unless you explicitly grant access for support.

• Identity data (name, email, role)
• Usage data (events, diagnostics)
• Support artifacts (recordings, attachments)

Processing + retention

Production data is stored in SOC 2 Type II data centers located in the United States. We retain logs for 30 days and customer assets for the duration of the contract unless instructed otherwise.

Your rights

Customers can request export or deletion of their data at any time by emailing privacy@saltypumpkinpie.com. We respond within 72 hours.
