How billing adjustments and cancellations are handled for Salty Pumpkin Pie's All Access subscription and template downloads.

30-day guarantee
All purchases processed by Paddle—including the All Access subscription, add-on storage, and template bundles—are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original charge. No exceptions or restocking fees apply.
Requesting a refund
Email billing@saltypumpkinpie.com or reply to your Paddle receipt with the order ID. We immediately forward the request to Paddle and confirm once the refund has been issued.
Subscription handling
When a refund is granted, any associated subscription is canceled at the same time so you are not billed again. You can also cancel future renewals at any time from the Paddle self-serve portal.
